The aim of the website is to broadcast services via the Website, Internet and any other broadcast or communication method in existence.

TRIPSTO can alter at any time and without prior notice, the design, presentation and/or configuration of the Website, as well as some or all of the services, and add new services.

The use of this Website implies the complete acceptance of the dispositions included in this Notice in the version published by TRIPSTO at the moment when the user accesses the Website. Likewise, TRIPSTO informs users of this Website that these General Conditions of use can be modified without prior notice. Consequently, the User should read carefully this Legal Notice each time they use the Web Site, since it may have been modified.

The use of certain services offered to users via the Web Site may be subject to specific conditions that may complete and/or modify these General Conditions of Use. As such, prior to the use of said services, the User must also read carefully and accept these specific conditions.

2. Conditions of Access and Use of the Web Site

In general, the provision of services does not require prior subscription or registration of Users. Likewise it will be the user's responsibility keep all information facilitated to EMAGISTER permanently up-to-date, so that it reflects the users' real status at all times. The User will be solely responsible for false or inaccurate declarations they make and the damages they may cause to TRIPSTO or third parties arising from the information facilitated.

According to TRIPSTO'S anti-spamming policy the User is obliged to refrain from using and gathering data from distribution lists to which may be accessible from information and services contained in the Web Site for carrying out promotional or advertising activities as well as sending commercial communications of any nature and via any medium not requested nor previously authorised by TRIPSTO and/or the interested party.

The User that intentionally or unintentionally breaches any of the preceding obligations will be liable for all damages caused.
