Policy of protection of data

1. Right to information

In conformity with the provisions of Constitutional Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data (hereafter referred to as the LOPD), tripstw.com (hereafter referred to as TRIPSTO), the owner of the website tripstw.com (hereafter referred to as the website), hereby informs users of this site of the existence of an electronic file of personal data which was created by tripsto or under the responsibility thereof.

2. Purpose

The data of users who register via the forms provided to that end on the website is requested by TRIPSTO for the purpose of facilitating the provision of the services that TRIPSTO offers via the website, which solely consist of facilitating communication between training centers and users and providing information on training courses, publications and other services that may be of interest to users.

3. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the user and the accuracy of data

The fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the registration form to be completed by the user are strictly necessary for the processing of their request. The data corresponding to all other fields is provided voluntarily. The user hereby guarantees that the personal data given to TRIPSTO is accurate. The former shall be responsible for notifying the latter of any modification to such data.

4. Consent of the user

The data of the user shall be registered in the files of tripstw.com and, if applicable, those of the training center from which the user requests information. Sending personal data via the electronic forms of TRIPSTO or, if applicable, via email, shall be held to constitute the express consent of the sender to the data included therein being processed electronically, as well as to the sending of electronic messages containing information on our services.

5. Bulletins and electronic communications

TRIPSTO gives those users that have previously authorised it, via the subscription form made available to this effect, the bulletin mailing service that includes the most relevant news, novelties and information about the web site. Likewise, the user can unsubscribe or modify subscription data of said bulletin using the interactive form included on the web site. Likewise, TRIPSTO informs that it will send commercial communications via electronic means with information about other products, services and events that could be of interest to the users of the web site when they specifically request it. Said permission can be revoked at any time by the user. TRIPSTO establishes two mechanisms by which users that so wish can exclude themselves from this service easily and free of charge. The user should enter their access menu and deactivate the send mail option of the e-mail communications. Likewise, they can exclude themselves from this service by following the instructions shown at the foot of the electronic communications.

6. Security

The security levels applied by TRIPSTO in terms of the protection of personal data are in accordance with Royal Decree 994/ 1999 of 11 June on security measures for electronic files that contain personal data. TRIPSTO has taken all the technical measures available to it to prevent the data provided by the user via the website from being lost, used improperly, altered, accessed without authorization or stolen. Nonetheless, the user is hereby informed that internet security measures are not impregnable. TRIPSTO pledges to comply with its obligation to maintain secrecy and confidentiality as regards the personal data contained in its electronic file, in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Information on cookies and spamming techniques

The user hereby agrees to the use of cookies for the purpose of making it easier for them to browse through the various pages of the website and enabling them to engage in a personalised session on TRIPSTO. If the user decides to access our website without identifying themselves, we shall add the email address and password fields to the cookie of the user. TRIPSTO does not employ spamming techniques and shall only process the data transmitted by the user by means of email or the electronic forms provided on the website. In the case of any query or dispute arising in relation to our privacy and personal data protection policy, users may contact us by sending an email to mail@tripstw.com. The processing of personal data and the delivery of commercial messages by electronic media take place in conformity with Constitutional Law 15/ 1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data (Official State Gazette of 14 December 1999) and Law 34/ 2002 of 11 July on electronic commerce and information society services (Official State Gazette of 12 July 2002).

8. Modification of the current privacy policy

TRIPSTO hereby reserves the right to modify the current policy in order to adapt it to future developments in terms of legislation or jurisprudence, as well as to the practices of the industry, subject to notifying users in advance of any changes that are to be implemented in that respect.

9. Modification of this privacy clause.

Tripsto reserves the right to modify this policy, in order to adjust it to future legislation or jurisprudence, as well as industry practices.
