Aksi (also known as Äksi or Väike-Prangli (Little Prangli)) is an Estonian island in the Gulf of Finland with an area of 59 hectars. Coordinates are 59°35′59″N, 25°05′23″E It forms an archipelago with nearby islands of Prangli and Keri. Aksi belongs to the Viimsi Parish of Harju County.

Aksi is a part of the Prangli landscape protection area. The island is sandy and covered with junipers and birches.

Aksi was inhabited, mostly by Swedes, from 1790 to 1953, when they were forced to leave by the Soviet border guard.
