Suqian

Suqian (Simplified Chinese: 宿è¿?; Hanyu Pinyin: SùqiÄ?n) is a prefecture-level city in northern Jiangsu province, People's Republic of China. It borders Xuzhou to the northwest, Lianyungang to the northeast, Huai'an to the south, and the province of Anhui to the west.

Xiang Yu (232 BC–202 BC), prominent general during the late Qin Dynasty, contestant for the country against Liu Bang.
Concubine Yu (died 202 BC), beloved concubine of Xiang Yu who killed herself to restall his fighting spirit.
Lu Su (172–217), prominent advisor to Sun Quan of the Kingdom of Wu during the Three Kingdoms era.
