Stoŭpcy or Stoŭbcy (pronounce: [s'towpʦɪ]; Belarusian: Стоўбцы, Стоўпцы; Russian: Столбцы; Polish: Stołpce; Yiddish: Steibtz) is a town in Minsk Province, Belarus, an administrative center of the Stoŭpcy raion (district). It is located at 53°29′N 26°44′E, at the Nioman river. The population is near 16,000.
In was founded in the first half of the 16th century. In 1582 Stolbtsy went into the ownership or Radziwills. For a long time it was a schtetl with significant Jewish population.

well i went to Staubcy in 2005 february from Turkey and i stayed there 2 months,everythng is still so clear and sweet on mind about there..i will miss there people,small bars,magazines and sure snow..snow was falling down diffrent beatiful on the Ctoblcys surface..
