Speightstown

Speightstown is one of the larger cities of Barbados, along with the city of Holetown and the capital city Bridgetown. Speightstown is located in the parish of Saint Peter.

The city is named after William Speight, a member of Barbados' first Assembly during the colonial years as well as the former land owner where the city is located.

The city was Barbados's largest ports, and has now become a large tourist attraction.
