Siyazan

Siazan (Siyəzən) is a city and rayon in Aran (Republic of Azerbaijan). Its inhabitants are of Persian descent and speak a dialect of Persian called Tati of Caucasus. The word Siyazan is related to the Persian word سياه Siyah (black).
