Roldán

Roldán is a small city in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina, located within the metropolitan area of Greater Rosario. It has a population of 11,470 inhabitants (2001 census), and an area of 114 km².

Roldán is about 23 km east from the center of the city of Rosario, within the San Lorenzo Deparment, beside the National Route 9 (near Funes) and the Rosario-Córdoba Highway.

It was founded in 1870, and officially became a city in 1987.

The Mayor of Roldán as of 2005 is José María Pedretti.
