Metu

Metu is a market town in the Oromia region (or kilil) of Ethiopia, lying on the Sor River. It is located at 8° 18' N and 35° 35' E. According to the 1994 census, this town has a population of 19,298.

Metu is known for its local waterfalls and their surrounding forest with its wildlife.
