Maoming

Maoming (Chinese: 茂å??; Hanyu Pinyin: Màomíng) is a prefecture-level city in southwestern Guangdong province, People's Republic of China. It borders Yunfu to the northeast, Yangjiang to the east, Zhanjiang to the southwest, the autonomous region of Guangxi to the northwest, and looks out to the South China Sea to the south.

Maoming dialect of Cantonese, which belongs to Gaoyang group of dialects, is spoken here.
