Los Hornos

Los Hornos is a distinct neighbourhood of the city of La Plata (capital of the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina). Formerly a detached population, its name (Spanish for "The Ovens" or "The Furnaces") refers to the location where many of the bricks used in building the city of La Plata (from 1882) were manufactured.
