Loppi is a municipality of Finland (Loppis in Swedish language).
It is located in the province of Southern Finland and is part of the Tavastia Proper region. The municipality has a population of 7,732 (2003) and covers an area of 655.82 km² of which 57.47 km² is water. The population density is 11.8 inhabitants per km². There are three big centers in Loppi: Loppi (Kirkonkylä), Launonen and Läyliäinen. Most of inhabitants lives in these centers.
The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
