Laçin

Lachin (Laçın) is a rayon of Azerbaijan. Lachin is a Kurdish inhabited area. This region is currently under the control of the Armenian army, due to the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, and is the land link of that de facto independent region to Armenia.
