Kalbacar

Kalbajar (Kəlbəcər) is a rayon of Azerbaijan. It is a Kurdish inhabited area. Kalbajar is a Kurdish name meaning Stone City. This entire region is now under the control of Armenian separatists from Nagorno-Karabakh, and the eastern half is officially part of Nagorno-Karabakh.
