Gistel

Gistel is a municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. The municipality comprises the city of Gistel proper and the towns of Moere, Snaaskerke and Zevekote. On January 1, 2005 Gistel had a total population of 11,159. The total area is 42.25 km² which gives a population density of 264.09 inhabitants per km².
