Diepenbeek

Diepenbeek is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Limburg near Hasselt. On January 1, 2005 Diepenbeek had a total population of 17,673 (8,893 males and 8,780 females). The total area is 41.19 km² which gives a population density of 429.06 inhabitants per km².

It is home to the University of Hasselt.
