Balen

Balen is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality comprises the towns of Balen proper and Olmen. On January 1, 2005 Balen had a total population of 20,111. The total area is 72.88 km² which gives a population density of 275.94 inhabitants per km².
