Albena

Albena is a popular Black Sea resort in northeastern Bulgaria, situated 12 km from Balchik and 30 km from Varna. The resort has a total of 5 km of beaches with a width of 150 m.

The resort is named after a female character from a tale by Bulgarian writer Yordan Yovkov.
