Addi Kwala

Adi Quala is a market town in Eritrea, lying south of Mendefera near the Ethiopian border, over 2,000m above sea level. It is known for its tukul (hut) church with its frescoes and its mausoleum for the Italian Army soldiers who died at the Battle of Adwa.
